Instructions:

• For warm therapy - microwave for 20-30 seconds. It relieves dry eyes and sinus fullness.
• For cool therapy - place in the freezer for 15 minutes (in a ziplock bag). It relieves eye fatigue and swelling. It reduces headache, and it removes darkness around the eyes.

Gently place the eye pillow over your closed eyes and relax. Use as needed to soothe and rejuvenate.
