Return & Exchange Policy

At Heart 2 Body Shop, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order with love and attention.

Due to the nature of our wellness, food, and personal care products, we currently do not offer refunds.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We only offer exchanges or store credit in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • The product arrived defective

Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Opened teas or food products
  • Opened skincare or personal care items
  • Essential oils
  • Lip products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are prepared or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
