The evening primrose (Oenothera) is a recognisable plant with yellow flowers that only open in the evening.
Evening primrose is a source of the omega-6 fatty acids linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). These polyunsaturated fatty acids contribute to normal menstrual and hormonal function.
