For optimal effect, it is best to take this product in the evening. Add 5 g of ashwagandha powder to 200 ml of soy or rice drink for a shake, or 2 g to 70-100 ml of near-hot water for a relaxing tea.
Ashwaganda (Withania somnifera) is a plant in the nightshade family that includes tomatoes and aubergines. Ashwagandha is mainly found in Africa and South Asia, and is therefore sometimes given the name Indian Ginseng.
